Monday, February 9, 2009 ( YAM Updates for weekending 15 February 2009 ) We all survived the first part on the Westminster Confession of Faith (actually, only one short chapter), but nonetheless, I’m sure we had a clearer understanding of what it really means to be sinners and how God has saved us through Jesus Christ. Anyways, here’re the events for this coming week! 1) Prayer Meeting Time: 8pm (weekly) Day: Wednesday, 11 February Venue: KPC Level 3 Library Point of Contact – Gladys or Maria 2) National Servicemen Biblestudy – Group for full-time NS men and other men too. Time: 9 to 10.30 am (weekly) Day: Sunday, 15 February Venue: KPC Level 1 MPH Point of Contact – Uncle Michael 3) YAM Service – Worship, Prayer and Part II of the Westminster Confession of Faith Time: 1.30 to 3.30 pm Day: Sunday, 15 February Venue: KPC Level 4 Auditorium Point of Contact – THE SERVANTS TEAM: Daryl, Gladys, Maria, Zuhao and Marianne Lee *My apologies for saying that there’d be corporate prayer on Sunday (8 Feb). We’ll have ministry prayer this coming Sunday instead (15 Feb). I think Zuhao will be putting it at the end of the YAM month (Week 3) from now on. The YAM leadership will be meeting, along with some of the Faith Factor Leaders on Sunday, 22nd May for the re-focusing and planning of the YAM Structure, Programme and focus. So do continue to keep the leaders in prayer. We will update you on any changes as soon as we can. Thank you! That’s all the updates for now! See you guys on Friday/Sunday! P.S. Our YA polytechnic students'll be having their upcoming exams in what, two weeks' time? Study hard but don’t forget church and your walk with God! For the rest of us, do wish them well when you see them or via SMS or MSN or Facebook or calling them up! =) Daryl Boey @ 12:28 AM by Servants' Team 0 comments |
